What is the procedure to purchase land from NHC?

To purchase land from NHC, you must fill an application form for the housing/land project that is currently available. These projects are advertised on our website and social media platforms. Application forms can be obtained from NHC’s building at a cost of EC$ 5. After applying, NHC will issue you with a Statement of Financial Capability document that you must submit to your bank. Based on the financial assessment from your bank, if you qualify, we will take you to visit the site and allow you to select the plot you desire. You will then be given an agreement for the lot that you select.

How can I pay my rent online?

To pay your rent online, you can utilize the SurePay platform by going to http://surepaybills.com/home-stlucia/ . Follow the steps to create an account and put in your information, then you will be able to pay us directly without having to come to the building.

 

How can I differentiate my land from someone else’s?

Every plot of land in Saint Lucia contains a unique identifier called a Parcel Number. It is used for easy identification of land, efficient land management and resolving disputes, amongst other things. Read through your land agreement documents to find your parcel number.
